Our pharmacists are trained in Medication Therapy Management and providing advice/evaluation for Drug Interaction. As much as possible, we reduce the chances of adverse drug reactions by carefully reviewing their medication plan and coordinating with the patient’s physician as often as needed.

Because specialty medication may need to be administered via non-traditional methods such as through an IV or injection, our pharmacist will provide medication administration training to the patient as well as their designated caregiver.
Over the course of the medication therapy plan, we will regularly communicate with them and will periodically invite them to visit the pharmacy for drug interaction reviews.
